Adrian Resto
Principle Consultant
With a career spanning global payroll operations, strategic HR partnership, and financial consulting, our founder brings a rare combination of skills to every client engagement.
He has led payroll operations across 31 countries, built high-performing teams from the ground up, and worked alongside finance, legal, and people teams at fast-growing companies. Most recently, he served as Head of Global Payroll at a stealth-stage startup and previously held a senior payroll leadership role at Papaya Global, where he helped shape the product, drive customer success, and mentor a global team of payroll experts.
On the HR side, he brings deep experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, managing everything from onboarding and offboarding to policy development, employee relations, benefits, and workforce planning. On the accounting side, he has hands-on experience implementing payroll systems, building financial dashboards, managing accounts payable and receivable, and designing journal entries aligned with GAAP standards.
